FAQ • Is it possible to receive incoming SMS messages through your service

To receive incoming SMS messages from subscribers, you must send messages to our common federal number, specifying a special prefix at the beginning of the SMS message text: login, colon and space.

It is also possible to purchase a dedicated incoming number and receive messages without specifying a prefix..
