FAQ • Why do I send a message on my own behalf from the sender, and it comes from another one

Certain mobile telephone operators do not allow sending SMS messages from an arbitrary sender name. So, before sending for such operators we replace either for a fixed name provided by the operator, either for our Federal number, depending on the requirements of the mobile operator.
