FAQ • How to set up the display of only my sender's address in e-mail messages

In order for the e-mail messages sent not to be regarded as spam, our system adds the "Sender" header with the real e-mail address of our server from which the sending is made. In order for this address not to be displayed, but only the one specified in the newsletter is shown, it is necessary to add our IP addresses to the spf record in your domain settings:

@ IN TXT " v=spf1 ip4: ip_of your_mail_server include:mail.smscentre.com -all"
If the IP of your mail server is not used, then leave this option:
@ IN TXT "v=spf1 include:mail.smscentre.com -all"
To configure DKIM in the DNS zone file, you need to specify an entry:
default._domainkey IN CNAME userdkim.smscentre.com.
You can check the correctness of the configuration with the following command:
dig default._domainkey.<ваш.домен> txt +short
After the correct configuration, enable the appropriate option in the settings of any sender address from your domain.
Note: It takes some time to apply your domain settings. Our service may not immediately determine the correctness of the DKIM settings in your domain.
