Two types of WAV and MP3 are supported. The characteristics of audio files can be any: stereo, mono, sampling rate, bitrate. But you need to take into account that the sound quality may deteriorate, because the system will automatically convert the sound to mono, and secondly convert it to its own sound format. Therefore, it is always better to check by calling your phone number before sending a voice mail.
