Yes, it is possible. Specify the required name in the "Sender ID" field in the settings. Or pass the sender parameter through a script for automated mailing. All names of senders are registered in advance in the personal account and are included after verification.

To use the name on Russian operators Megafon, MTS, Tele2 you need to download the corresponding letters of guarantee.
