Changes in working conditions and tariffs for sending SMS messages to the MTS operator network (Russia)

Since 01.12.2020, the working conditions and tariffs for sending SMS messages to the MTS operator's networkhave changed . This operator is similar to the Megafon operators, Beeline and Tele2 from the specified date introduces the concept of transactional, service, advertising messages and separate tariffs for sending different types of messages from paid sender names. The tariff for messages with free senders ' names is also increased.

Message templates are registered with the MTS operator according to the same rules as for other operators. You can add or delete templates for registration in your personal account in the menuSettings, item Operator Templates.

All previously registered templates for Megafon operators, Beeline and Tele2 will be submitted for registration in MTS automatically, so if the messages sent to MTS coincide with messages for other operators, then you do not need to re-add them for registration in your personal account. But in any case, all clients need to check which templates are submitted and accepted by the operator, and if necessary, add new ones.

Unregistered SMS or mismatched to the template are considered advertising and cost of higher rates operator.
