Script for R-Keeper (UCS)

To be able to send and receive SMS message statuses using the R-Keeper (UCS) protocol, you need to call the script:


https://smscentre.com/sys/rkeeper_api.php

and pass it the corresponding XML document. After receiving and processing the data, the Server returns a confirmation to the Client indicating the result of processing.
