Manual for the contract
To conclude a contract, you must send an application from the email address specified in the settings of your personal account to our e-mail
, specifying the following information in the email:
- details of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur with the full name and exact position of the signatory (a business card with the ability to copy data);
- information about whether the organization is a VAT payer;
- your registered username in our service;
- the address to which to send the signed contract by courier or mail;
- contacts and name of the person responsible for concluding the contract;
- postal and e-mail addresses for sending closing documents;
- ability to exchange documents through EDI systems (Diadoc, VLSI, etc..).

To send SMS messages, you must first register the letter name of the sender
in your personal account (Menu-Settings-Sender Names).
Contract conclusion procedure
After receiving the letter with the application for the conclusion of the contract, our managers will fill out and send you
an electronic document for verification and approval by e-mail. After the agreement is approved and possible adjustments
are made, two copies of the agreement will be sent by courier or mail to your address. The account can be activated by
providing a scanned copy of the signed contract from the customer. If necessary
, a scanned copy of the contract signed by the contractor can also be sent to your e-mail.
If the email didn't reach you
Usually request about the conclusion of the contract we reply during the working day, but if after sending the letter with details
you do not receive our reply, please contact us at the numbers listed on the website, for more information
on receipt of the letter and on the process of preparing the contract, as sometimes emails can get caught in the spam folder that is checked
with delays. In this case, you can call and expedite the process of conclusion of the contract.
