We pass to the operator only those messages that the client sends. Duplication happens with the operators themselves, if the subscriber at the time of receiving the message was a bad connection or damaged SIM card and the phone cannot send the confirmation SMS. Could also just be a glitch in the operator's network.

To stop such repetitions, it usually helps to restart the phone or re-register in the network.

In very rare cases, there may also be duplication on our side, if there are problems on the channel to the operator and he does not send a confirmation of receipt of the message, but this can only cause 1-2 unnecessary repetitions.
