FAQ • How many numbers can be passed through the API in a single request
The number of recipients (phone numbers or e-mail addresses) in one request is not limited, but very large lists will require longer processing, so in this case it is advisable to increase the waiting timeout in the program. The conducted tests of mailings with the same text show the processing of a request from 1 million recipients in a time of no more than 30 seconds.
Requests with an even larger number of recipients (more than 1 million) may be limited by the size of memory on the server, so we recommend splitting very large lists into several requests.
Mailing lists with individual texts for each recipient (the list parameter) require a much longer execution time, so it is better to transmit no more than 50t recipients at the same time.
Also, large requests over the HTTP protocol must be sent using the POST method.
