FAQ • Whether money is debited if the subscriber is unavailable, or the answering machine picks up the phone
When making calls to mobile or landline phones, when the subscriber is unavailable, the operator often reports this in a voice (sometimes in several languages). Our system is able to recognize this. In this case, the connection is broken, and no money is debited from the client. The same thing happens when the answering machine picks up the phone.
