FAQ • Why are messages sent a few days ago missing from your message history?
Very often, Clients set different filter values when viewing the message history, and then, after changing one filter, forget to clear the rest. In such cases, the information that the Client needs may not be displayed, or an empty list of messages may be displayed at all. Therefore, it is advisable to clear the filters before each new selection of messages by clicking the corresponding "clear" link located above the "Actions" column on the right side of the message table.
Also, customers, sometimes by mistake, can set the number of days after which old messages must be deleted in the
settings of their personal account in the "Store SMS history" item. Therefore, if there are no previously sent messages in the SMS history, you need to check this settings item.
