FAQ • Why can't I connect via HTTPS protocol from the program?
Your program may not accept our SSL certificate. This may be due to the fact that the root certificates are not updated on your system (usually, they should be updated automatically).
We use an SSL certificate that meets the current security requirements. To manually update the root certificates of our certification authorities on Windows operating systems, you need to download the
GlobalSign certificate, open it, click "Install certificate", then install it in the "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" repository. Other systems will require similar actions and/or a
GlobalSign certificate in binary form.
For 1C versions 8.2, 8.3, you may additionally need to add the
GlobalSign root certificate in PEM format to the
cacert.pem file, which is located in the
bin directory "1C:Enterprises"
If the problem is not solved in this way, then you can try to temporarily disable the use of the HTTPS protocol in the program, although this is not recommended.
