FAQ • Why does the site not open or the API connection stopped working

If you find problems with sending messages on the main connection (smsc.ru or smpp.smsc.ru), you must use the following backup addresses.

For SMPP connections:
smpp2.smsc.ru
smpp3.smsc.ru
smpp4.smsc.ru
smpp5.smsc.ru

For your personal account and HTTP / HTTPS connections:
www2.smsc.ru
www3.smsc.ru
www4.smsc.ru
www5.smsc.ru

As a rule, such difficulties occur very rarely, if there are problems on the line between Internet service providers or if there is a problem situation in the data center (internet, technical work, accident, etc..).
