FAQ • Why has my message not been sent and has the status (unregistered sender id)
To send an SMS successfully, it is important to take into account the operators' requirements for the sender's name (Sender ID). The rules vary depending on the mobile operator.:
- MTS and Megafon (including Yota): Sending is only possible with a paid registered name. Registration is carried out with telecom operators on a commercial basis.
- Beeline: There is no strict mandatory registration. You can create and use the sender's name directly in the personal account of the service.
- Tele2: The mandatory registration of names is currently in effect. Important: Both paid and free registration options are available. (please specify the conditions when submitting an application.).
- Regional operators: For a number of local cellular companies, it is also possible to register sender names for free..
How do I apply for registration? This can be done directly in your personal account. Go to Settings →
Senders Names. When creating a new name or editing an existing one, be sure to specify the operators for whom you plan to use it, and select the appropriate registration plan. (if required).
