FAQ • Why did some of the messages from the mailing list move to the morning
When sending mass and promotional mailings, in order to avoid subscribers receiving messages at night, the system sets the time allowed for sending from 09 to 22 hours, taking into account the recipient's time zone (the number capacity belongs to the region). Each number from the mailing list is checked individually and, if it does not fall within the specified time interval, then sending to it is postponed to 09 o'clock in the morning according to the subscriber's time zone.
To disable automatic adjustment of the time of sending messages, the client must set his own sending interval in the settings in his personal account in the "Limits and Restrictions" tab.
