Due to the large number of identified inconveniences when working with the Megafon operator on new terms, to which we switched on October 1 with servicing all customers under direct contracts and paying directly to the operator, an agreement was reached to return to the old simplified mode with payment through our service without the need to conclude direct contracts with the operator.

New customers will need to provide only a letter of guarantee to register the names of senders with the operator according to a simplified scheme. All clients who had a direct contract will be transferred to the new scheme automatically.

Under the old direct contracts, it is necessary to repay the debt, the contract itself will close automatically after a while, or you can send the operator a request for termination. All remaining funds on the operator's balance will be returned to the customer accounts. The refund can also be accelerated by sending a request to the operator. In addition, our system will continue to send messages under direct contracts for debiting customer funds for some time. It is no longer necessary to pay extra to personal accounts.

The tariffs of the Megafon operator remain the same.
