Changing the working conditions for the Beeline operator (Russia)

Since 2011, following the Megafon and MTS operators, in connection with the previously adopted amendments to the law "On Communications", the Beeline operator also introduces a new tariff system, according to which the payment for sent messages will be carried out by groups of sender names of each client separately (a point-to-point billing system similar to that of the Megafon operator).

As with the Megafon operator, there are two possible ways of working − with pre−registration of sender names (up to 5 names, one name for free) and with payment according to the official tariffs of the operator, depending on monthly traffic, as well as work in the "Multi-signature" mode - any required number of free names and payment at a fixed higher tariff (in our tariffs, the line "Beeline free names").

A new option has appeared in the settings of each name in the personal account to register the names of senders for a more favorable tariff with paid names «Register a name with the Beeline operator to use a more profitable official tariff with payment of 1 000 rubles per month (one name is for free)». Without this registration, sending SMS messages from the specified sender's name will be charged at a fixed rate indicated on our website in the line "Beeline free names".

As for other operators, our service will not charge an additional cost for service when working on the official tariff of the operator with pre-registration of the names of the senders, since we will be paid an agency commission from the operator himself.
