Operator Tele2 (Russia) changes the concept of service messages

01.11.2021, Tele2 operator changes the concept of service messages, from the specified date, a message containing the
name of the resource is recognized as a service message/the client's website and the code or password to confirm the operation, access.
Templates are not recognized as service templates:
- do not contain the name of the resource/the end customer's website;
- do not explicitly indicate a code or password (that is, in the text of which one of these words is not spelled out);
- containing codes for advertising purposes (for example, promo codes);
- service-type templates, but supplemented with information and advertising
character (even of a client's services); - service-type templates, but supplemented with information aimed at improving
loyalty (congratulatory mailings for the holidays, an offer to evaluate the work
employees/office, etc.); - containing information from companies that do not provide services to subscribers;
- containing in the text the promotion of mobile applications, personal accounts and others
additional services and tools, as well as links to them.
Thus, Tele2 service messages will only include SMS messages of the form: "Your code: %d site.
", "Your password is %d site.".
All templates that do not meet the new Tele2 rules will be automatically disabled by the 01.11.2021 operator. Therefore, all customers need to add templates in the near future according to the new rules of the telecom operator.
