Blocking codes in voice messages

Since 31.01.2023, telecom operators prohibit the transmission of voice messages (calls) containing confirmation codes for authorization in any applications, services. Customers who use this service need to switch to sending codes in SMS messages, since in case of detection of the transmission of voice messages with codes, the service can be completely blocked for all types of messages with possible subsequent imposition of penalties by the telecom operator.

Due to the ban imposed from the specified date, within the framework of our agreement and the granted access to the SMSC.RU service, it is not allowed to transmit confirmation codes for authorization in applications, services by sending voice messages (voice/Calls).
