Since 01.03.2023, the telecom operator Megafon (Russia) stops transmitting the final statuses of SMS messages sent to its network. From the specified date, all SMS messages sent to subscribers of this operator will have the final status "Delivered", regardless of the actual delivery to the subscriber.

Customers who send more than 100 thousand sms/month. to the Megafon operator's network and who need to receive the final statuses, it is necessary to download this document, fill it out and send it by mail to PJSC Megafon at the address: 127006, Moscow, Переулок Оружейный, 41 (Столяров Николай) либо в ЭДО-Диадок (при наличии настроенного электронного документооборота с ПАО Мегафон, подразделение ГО). Оператор обработает ваше письмо и подключит передачу статусов для SMS-сообщений, отправляемых от указанных в запросе имен отправителя.
