Since 01.12.2023 Telecom operator MOTIF introduces mandatory free registration of the sender's name, as well as the concepts of transactional, service, advertising messages and separate tariffs for sending different types of messages from registered names of senders on a paid basis. It also increases the cost of sending other messages that will not be registered as service, transactional, or will be sent on behalf of the sender for free..

The use of service and transactional messages is possible only if the registered paid name of the sender of the client is available from the MOTIF operator. Such messages are registered according to the rules specified in the personal account on the Service Message Templates page in the paragraph Rules of template registration.

Approved customer templates for other Russian operators are automatically submitted for registration for the MOTIF operator (if there is a paid sender's name for the MOTIF operator) and are displayed in the personal account. All clients need to determine the type of their messages, and if they meet the operator's requirements, create templates and submit them for registration (if they were not previously registered for Russian operators), and, if necessary, register the sender's name on a paid basis. This can be done in your personal account in the Settings menu – Service Message Templates. Automatic creation of templates based on previously sent messages is available at Template generation. You can submit the sender's name for registration in the Settings menu - Sender Names.
