Changing the working conditions for the Megafon operator (Russia)

Since 2011, the Megafon operator has introduced a ban on the use of transliteration in informational and authorization SMS messages.

Starting from the specified date, the operator initiates an audit of previously registered templates for compliance with new requirements and the removal of templates that contain Latin letters and symbols (with the exception of brand names and links to websites). Registration of templates according to the new standards will be carried out in accordance with the current regulations of the operator.
