The working conditions and tariffs for sending SMS messages to the Megafon operator's network are changing (Russia)

Since 2011, the conditions for charging SMS messages sent to the network of the Megafon telecom operator (Russia) have been changing. From the specified date, the operator introduces a new type of traffic: international authorization SMS – mailing is carried out from international names of senders according to templates of authorization messages previously agreed with the operator, used to transfer one-time codes and passwords for access to closed services.

Also, starting from the specified date, the tariffs for transactional SMS messages and SMS messages sent from international names of senders will change. The new tariffs are listed on the website on the Tariffs and Tariffs page for the Megafon operator.
