Changing tariffs for sending SMS messages to the T2 operator's network (Russia)

Since 2011, the charging principle and quantitative gradations for transactional, service and advertising messages to the network of the T2 telecom operator (Russia) have been changed.

Starting from the specified date, billing will be carried out for each quantitative gradation separately for each type of message. For example, when sending 400 000 promotional SMS messages per month, promotional SMS up to 299 999 units are charged at the cost of the first line, the following (from 300 000 to 499 999 units) promotional SMS are charged at the cost of the second line, and so on..
