Starting from
01.10.2025, tariffs for the transmission of voice messages are being changed due to the introduction of the concept of "Label".
Label - information of no more than 32 characters about the caller. The service allows you to display information about the caller and/or information about his goods/services/works on the screen of the called subscriber at the time of the call..
The cost of this service is listed on the
Rates page.
The Label service is charged in addition to the cost of a Voice message, regardless of the connection to the subscriber, that is, upon making a call..
The subscription fee for the connection and maintenance of the Label service is 1000 rubles per month..
Customers using the voice messaging service need to apply for registration of their own designation. To connect your own label, you need to register a pool of Beeline operator numbers from 1 to 10 or more, depending on the volume of traffic (the cost of connecting a 1 number is 150 rubles per month) or provide your numbers with a package of documents confirming their ownership/use, fill out and send
consent to use the information /commercial designation as Labels by third parties.
The following documents are attached to the order to activate the service:
- extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities/USRIP, certificate of registration of the INN;
- documents confirming the Client's rights to the information used as a Label (certificate of ownership
- tK registration, license agreement, franchise agreement, etc.);
- other documents at the request of the telecom operator to confirm compliance with the guarantees provided for in the terms of service..
The general requirements for the Label format are available in the
document.
Requests for the Label service should be sent to our e-mail address
support@smscentre.com.
We remind you that mass and (or) automatic telephone calls on the public communications network (hereinafter referred to as mass calls) must be made subject to the prior consent of the subscriber, expressed by performing actions that uniquely identify this subscriber and allow him to reliably establish his will to receive mass calls. Mass calls are considered to have been made without the prior consent of the subscriber, unless the customer of mass calls in the case of mass calls on his initiative or the telecom operator in the case of mass calls on the initiative of the telecom operator proves that such consent has been obtained..
In case of violation of this requirement, regulatory organizations, including telecom operators, may impose a fine in the amount of up to 1 million rubles..
