Tariff increase for the SMARTS operator (Russia)

The SMARTS operator closes the service of sending SMS messages to its subscribers in connection with the acquisition of its branches by MTS and Megafon operators. Thus, further sending of messages to SMARTS subscribers will take place through the connection of MTS and Megafon operators, in connection with which the tariffs for sending SMS messages to the SMARTS operator's network will be increased from 01.02.2016.
