Changing the working conditions and tariffs for sending SMS messages to the Tele2 operator's network (Russia)

We inform you about the next change from 01.03.2017 of the working conditions and tariffs for sending SMS messages to the Tele2 operator's network. This operator, by analogy with Megafon and Beeline operators, from the specified date introduces the concept of transactional, service and advertising messages and separate tariffs for sending different types of messages from paid sender names. The tariff for messages with free sender names is also being increased.

Message templates are registered with Tele2 operator according to the same rules as for Megafon and Beeline operators. You can add templates for registration or delete them in your personal account in the Settings menu, the Operator Templates item.

All previously registered templates for Megafon and Beeline operators will be submitted for registration in Tele2 automatically, so if the messages sent in Tele2 coincide with messages for other operators, then you do not need to re-add them for registration in your personal account. But in any case, all clients need to check which templates have been submitted and accepted by the operator, and add new ones if necessary.

Unregistered SMS or mismatched to the template are considered advertising and cost of higher rates operator.
