Changes in tariffs for foreign countries and the SMARTS operator (Russia)

Due to the growth of foreign exchange rates from 05.11.2014, tariffs for sending SMS messages to foreign destinations (zones: "Kazakhstan", "CIS", "Foreign countries") are increasing, payments for which take place in foreign currency.

We also inform you that from 05.11.2014g. the SMARTS operator is allocated in the tariffs, which is closed from other operators and increases the tariffs for sending messages to its network.
