Disabling common names for national traffic to Ukraine

15.02.2019

At the request of telecom operators, SMS messages sent to Ukraine from names that are not registered as national for the client's account will be charged at the international rate starting from 18.02.2019.

To save the national rate, you must register the sender's name as national according to the rules of the operators on behalf of the Ukrainian company. If it is impossible to register a national name, disable sending from this name to Ukraine or continue working at the international tariff.

Sending SMS messages at the national rate from common sender names will not be available.

We remind you that SMS messages initiated on the territory of the Operator's country and registered to a resident of this country (a legal entity or an entrepreneur) can be transmitted on the national behalf. SMS messages from international and/or foreign payment systems, services, companies, enterprises, organizations, SMS messages containing a link to the web resource of the domain zone of a country other than the Operator's country, and other SMS messages that can be identified as messages transmitted for the purpose of providing a service or service of a non-national nature cannot be sent on the national behalf. In case of violation of the specified conditions, The operator has the right to recalculate all SMS messages transmitted on the national behalf at the international rate.
