Changing voices for speech synthesis in voice messages

Female voices 3 and 4 (w3, w4) are no longer used for voicing text in voice messages (calls), so when forming an API request using these voices, they will be automatically replaced with the voice "Female" (w).

At the moment, the higher-quality "Male" (m) and "Female" (w) voices are left, and new alternative voices "Male 2" (m2) and "Female 2" (w2) are added. We recommend that you check the new list of votes and, if necessary, select the appropriate one.
