Since 01.08.2019, the MTS operator changes the terms of service for sending SMS messages. For the allocation and maintenance of the letter name of the sender, a monthly fee of 2 000 rubles will be charged. including VAT.

All currently registered names will be deleted, and re-registration will be required..

Applications for registration are accepted in your personal account on the page "Settings"→ "Senders ' names". When creating or changing the name, you need to set a new option for the MTS operator. Registration of names for August 1 will be carried out in two stages: until July 15 and until July 23.

Messages from unregistered names will be blocked by the operator or sent at a higher rate, the information is being clarified.

The terms of registration of names remain unchanged:
It is important that the sender's name matches the name of your company, is a registered trademark or a domain name confirmed by a certificate. The operator strictly checks the names, and rejects all those that do not comply with the rules.

If the name of your company does not match the name of the sender, you must provide a document confirming the right to use the name. This document can be sent by e-mail to our support service or downloaded in your personal account in the section " Contracts and documents».

Correction:
After 01.08.2019, messages sent from previously registered names and not submitted for paid registration will be sent via a temporary connection at the MTS tariff (free names), but this method can be closed by the operator at any time.
