Тарификация за отправленные SMS-сообщения выполняется по каждому имени отправителя отдельно по каждой количественной градации и по типу сообщений на основе ежемесячного трафика.
SMS-сообщения тарифицируются также в зависимости от типа сообщений, которые делятся на сервисные, транзакционные и рекламные.
1. Transactional (bank) SMS messages:

4. Advertising SMS Messages:
All SMS messages that do not fall under the service and transactional SMS templates are considered advertising SMS messages.
5. International SMS Messages:
Messages sent from the names of senders from the operator-defined list of names corresponding to international brands (pre-paid registration is required).

SMS messages are also charged depending on the type of messages, which are divided into transactional, authorization, informational and advertising.

6. International SMS Messages:
Messages sent from the names of senders from the operator-defined list of names corresponding to international brands (pre-paid registration is required).

The cost of transactional SMS is 0.70 $ with VAT for the first SMS message in a month for each subscriber on the unique name of the sender, starting from 2 and all subsequent SMS messages per subscriber in a month are not paid.

In Ukraine, all operators divide SMS messages into national and international ones.
The division takes place by the names of the senders. Sending SMS messages from names that operators have registered
as national is charged cheaper. All other unregistered names are considered international,
and SMS messages from such names are more expensive.
The deadline for registering new names for clients with national traffic takes from 10 working days.
To register a sender name to go to their profile page, "sender"
for each name to enable the "Register the name for Ukraine at a reduced rate of national traffic".
After registration, the name of the operator tariff for messages with this name will automatically be reduced.
Many of the names from which messages were previously sent are already registered with the operators.
For such names, the list will immediately display the status " Ukraine: allowed",
for the rest it will display "Ukraine: waiting for registration".

Since 2011, Belarusian operators have been dividing traffic into national and international.
The separation will take place by the names of the senders. Sending SMS messages from names that operators consider national and register
will be charged cheaper. All registered names that do not correspond to national names will be considered international, and SMS messages
from such names will cost more.
Registration of new names for customers with national traffic will be performed within 1-2 weeks, and international – within 3-6 weeks..
To register the sender's name, you must fill out a special form and send a request

Only after registration of the name by each operator will it be possible to send SMS messages to subscribers of this operator from the registered name.

In Kazakhstan, all operators divide SMS messages into national and international ones.

4. Promotional SMS:
Messages aimed at drawing attention to the object of advertising, i.e. goods/works/services, as well as other SMS messages that are not related to verification, service and transactional SMS messages.
5. International SMS:
These are SMS messages defined by the Operator's equipment, initially generated (generated) A business application in any country, including the country of the Operator and/or which are sent from the territory of any country, but relate to the services and services of international/foreign OTT services/services, international/foreign partners (organizations, companies, etc.), as well as their mention or mention of their international/foreign brand (trademark, logo, etc.), despite their existing representative office and/or registered legal entity in the territory of the Operator.
To send international SMS messages, you need to register an individual sender name.
To register the sender's name, you need to send a request to e-mail support@smsc.kz.
For Kcell and Beeline operators, the international sender's name is provided free of charge, for Altel and Tele 2 operators, the subscription fee for the dedicated sender's name is 20 000 tenge per month.
The deadline for registering the sender's name can be from 15 to 30 calendar days.
